Normandy is a tiny Bedford County community of about 100 people, reached via Highway 64 from Shelbyville or Winchester. Most visitors arrive from Nashville via I-24 south, then Highway 64 southeast for about an hour total. The area sits in Tennessee's rolling hill country with a classic humid subtropical climate. The historic one-room schoolhouse from the early 1900s still stands in town.
