Noble is a small city of about 7,500 people located 20 miles southeast of Oklahoma City in Cleveland County. Take I-35 south to Highway 9 east, then US-77 south to reach Noble from OKC in about 30 minutes. From Tulsa, it's a two-hour drive via I-44 west to I-35 south. The city hosts the annual Rooster Days Festival each spring, complete with parade and carnival.
