New Madison is a small farming town in western Ohio near the Indiana border, about 40 miles northwest of Dayton. State Route 571 provides the main access, connecting north to Greenville and south to Union City, Indiana. Most visitors arrive via I-70 to SR 49 north, then follow local roads through Arcanum.
