New Haven is a small Kentucky city of 840 people in Nelson County, connected by US Route 31E to Bardstown and the Bluegrass Parkway system. Most visitors arrive via the parkway from Louisville (45 miles) or use Route 31E from Bardstown for bourbon trail tours. The town sits among central Kentucky's rolling knob hills and is home to Heaven Hill Distillery's visitor center.
