Take Highway 5 west through Chanhassen to County Road 30, or use I-494 to Highway 101 south through Chaska. The town sits in typical Minnesota River valley farmland with corn and soybean fields. Its German settler heritage shows in the name, though today it's mainly a quiet residential area.
