Netawaka is a small Kansas farming town about 20 miles northwest of Topeka via US Highway 75. The 151 residents live in rolling prairie country where wheat and corn fields stretch to the horizon. Most visitors arrive from Topeka or Kansas City, following US 75 through agricultural land. The town's water tower features traditional Native American designs honoring Chief Netawaka.
