Nelsonville is a rural Wisconsin village of 190 people in Portage County, about 15 miles southeast of Stevens Point via Highway 10. Most visitors arrive from Stevens Point or use Interstate 39 from Milwaukee/Madison. The village keeps its original 1800s street grid from its early logging days.
