Neihart is a tiny mountain town of 39 people perched at 5,400 feet in Montana's Little Belt Mountains. Take Highway 89 south from Great Falls for about 75 minutes through scenic mountain terrain. The town sits along the route to White Sulphur Springs and makes a good rest stop when crossing Monarch Pass. Its main attraction is the historic Neihart Tavern, which has been serving drinks since 1896.
