Neelyville is a small farming community in Missouri's Bootheel region, about 20 miles east of Poplar Bluff via Highway 160. Most visitors arrive from Interstate 57 through Sikeston, then take Highway 60 west to Highway 142 south, or drive east from Poplar Bluff on Highway 160. The town sits just eight miles from Big Lake State Park, home to Missouri's largest natural lake.
