Myton is a farming town in Utah's Uinta Basin, connected primarily by US Highway 40. It's about 150 miles northeast of Salt Lake City via I-80 and Highway 40, or 45 miles west of Vernal. Local trips focus on Roosevelt, 12 miles east, where you'll find the regional airport and most services. The town still operates one of Utah's last manual railroad crossings.
