This small Madison County village sits along Route 46, about 25 miles southeast of Syracuse via I-81 and Route 13. Most visitors arrive from the Syracuse area or travel Route 20 through nearby Morrisville. The rolling dairy farm country experiences typical upstate winters and mild summers. Munnsville preserves a historic one-room brick schoolhouse from 1867 that still stands on the main road.
