Mount Summit is a small Henry County community of about 700 people in east-central Indiana's farm country. Most visitors arrive via State Road 32, which connects west to Anderson (15 miles) and east toward Ohio, or take I-69 north from Indianapolis then SR 32 east for about 45 miles total. Anderson Municipal airport sits just a few miles away for private aircraft. The town sits on one of Henry County's highest points, giving it slightly better views across the flat surrounding farmland than most area communities.
