Mount Hope is a small farming community of 230 people in southwestern Wisconsin's Grant County, about 25 miles from Dubuque, Iowa. Highway 61 provides main access, with Highway 35 connecting from the north through scenic countryside. The town sits in Wisconsin's unique Driftless Area, where ancient valleys and limestone bluffs escaped glacial flattening, creating some of the state's most distinctive topography.
