Mount Auburn is a tiny Wayne County community of 88 people in eastern Indiana's farm country. Take US Route 35 north from Richmond to get there, or connect via I-70 if you're coming from Indianapolis or Dayton. It sits along the historic National Road corridor that once carried settlers west in the early 1800s.
