Mosinee is a small central Wisconsin city along the Wisconsin River, about 10 miles south of Wausau via Highway 153 and I-39/US 51. Central Wisconsin Airport sits just outside town, making it a travel hub for the region. The massive Mosinee Paper Mill, one of North America's largest tissue manufacturing plants, dominates the skyline with its industrial towers visible from the interstate.
