Moscow is a small farming town of about 800 people in rural Tennessee, 30 miles east of Memphis. Take I-40 east from Memphis to Highway 196, then follow local roads through Rossville to reach town via Highway 57. The 45-minute drive passes through typical western Tennessee farmland. The town's historic general store has operated continuously since the early 1900s and remains a local landmark.
