Morrisville is a small college town in central New York built around SUNY Morrisville's agricultural programs. Route 20 provides the main east-west access from Syracuse (35 miles) or Albany, while Route 12B runs north-south through town. Long-distance visitors use I-81 to Route 281 west. The campus operates a working dairy farm where students study agricultural technology alongside grazing Holstein cattle.
