Morgan's Point is a tiny peninsula community of 233 people jutting into Galveston Bay, about 25 miles southeast of Houston. Reach it via I-45 south to Highway 146, or from nearby Baytown on Highway 146 south. The water-surrounded location creates an isolated feel despite being in Harris County. It's the smallest incorporated city in the county, with its own government serving fewer residents than most apartment buildings.
