Moraine is a small city in Montgomery County, just south of Dayton along I-75. Take Exit 44 to reach the center via West Carrollton-Moraine Road, with State Route 741 providing north-south access through town. The city sits in the flat Miami Valley with typical Midwest continental weather. Moraine operates one of Ohio's few municipally-owned automotive assembly plants, a unique facility that has manufactured vehicles since the 1960s.
