Mooreton is a tiny farming town of 175 people in southeastern North Dakota's Red River valley. Take Highway 11 south from Fargo (about 50 minutes) or exit I-29 at Wahpeton and head west on Highway 13. The grain elevator dominates the skyline and can be spotted from miles away across the flat prairie.
