Montour is a tiny farming town of 206 people in east-central Iowa's Tama County. Reach it via Iowa Highway 96, connecting from US Highway 30 (the main east-west route through the area) or US Highway 63 from Marshalltown, about 15 miles northeast. The restored 1920s filling station on Main Street now serves as a small museum with original gas pumps.
