Montezuma is a tiny mountain town at 10,200 feet in Summit County, about 75 miles west of Denver via I-70 and the Keystone exit. Take US-6 past Keystone Resort, then follow the winding Montezuma Road up through the forest. It's one of Colorado's highest towns and serves as a jumping-off point for serious backcountry adventures. The official population is exactly 65 people living along just three blocks.
