Monroeville is a farming community in north-central Ohio, 60 miles west of Cleveland on US Route 20. The historic highway connects it to Norwalk and Fremont, while State Route 99 provides north-south access. Most long-distance travelers use US 20 to reach Interstate connections near Elyria or Fremont. The town's restored 1920s railroad depot houses the local historical society.
