Momence is a small Illinois city of 3,300 people located about 60 miles south of Chicago along the Kankakee River. Reach it via Interstate 57 south to Route 17 west, or use Route 1 for local connections to Kankakee. The town hosts Illinois' oldest continuous popcorn festival every September since 1977.
