Mohnton is a small borough in Berks County, about 10 miles south of Reading via US Route 222. The main routes are Route 422 west from Philadelphia (60 miles) connecting to Route 222, or I-76 through Reading's network. Reading Regional Airport sits just northeast of town for air travelers. Despite having under 3,000 residents, Mohnton maintains its own police department, unusual for such a small Pennsylvania borough.
