Minonk is a small farming town in north-central Illinois, about 30 miles northeast of Peoria. Take I-39 to Route 116 east from most directions, or Route 117 north from Bloomington-Normal. The town sits in classic prairie farmland and maintains its railroad heritage with the historic 1906 Rowe Hotel still standing downtown.
