Minneapolis is a small farming town in north-central Kansas that serves as Ottawa County's seat. Located at the junction of US 81 and State Highway 106, it's 25 miles north of Salina and provides easy highway access to I-70 for longer trips. The 1906 limestone courthouse with its prominent clock tower dominates the skyline and can be spotted from miles away across the surrounding wheat fields.
