Millwood is a tiny city of 1,890 people completely surrounded by Spokane in eastern Washington. Take Exit 285 from I-90 to Argonne Road, then head north to Appleway Boulevard for the easiest access. The city sits along the Spokane River with hot summers and snowy winters. Despite being enclosed within Spokane, Millwood maintains its own police department.
