Millheim is a small Centre County borough in Penns Valley, reached via scenic State Route 45 from either State College (25 miles) or Bellefonte. The town sits surrounded by Pennsylvania farmland and wooded hills, with Route 445 providing southern access to US 322 and the Turnpike. The historic Millheim Hotel hosts Pennsylvania's oldest continuous pool tournament each summer.
