Millbourne is a tiny borough in Delaware County, just outside Philadelphia's western edge. Drivers reach it via I-95 from long distances or US Route 1 (City Avenue) for local trips. The community sits along the old Pennsylvania Railroad line with SEPTA rail service to downtown Philadelphia. Philadelphia International Airport is about 8 miles southeast via I-95.
