Mill Neck is a small Gold Coast village on Long Island's North Shore, sitting on a peninsula that extends into Oyster Bay Harbor. Reach it via the LIE to Exit 41N for Route 106/107 north, or take the Northern State Parkway to the same exit. Route 25A offers a scenic coastal approach from either direction. The village is famous for the Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf, a nationally recognized institution that has served students since 1951.
