Mill Hall is a small Pennsylvania borough along the West Branch Susquehanna River in Clinton County. Take US Route 220 north from Interstate 80 near Bellefonte, or approach via PA Route 150 from the northeast. The William T. Piper Memorial Airport sits right next to town. The borough got its name from an 1820s gristmill and meeting hall, with the original mill foundation still visible along Bald Eagle Creek.
