Milford is a farming town of about 2,600 people located 35 miles southwest of Lincoln via Highway 6. Most visitors drive from Lincoln or take I-80 to the Milford exit. The town sits in Nebraska's corn and soybean country, with a restored 1920s movie theater downtown that still shows films with its original art deco marquee.
