Milesburg is a small borough in central Pennsylvania, about 12 miles northeast of State College via US 220 and PA Route 144. Interstate 80 provides main access at Exit 158, while PA Routes 144 and 150 connect the town through the scenic Bald Eagle Valley toward Lock Haven and Snow Shoe. The community sits along Bald Eagle Creek in the Allegheny Mountains foothills, with State College Regional Airport 15 miles southwest. The town's centerpiece is a converted stone railroad station that now serves as a community center.
