Mendon is a small farming town in Cache Valley, about 10 miles south of Logan on US-89. The highway connects directly to Salt Lake City 90 miles south, while Route 23 heads west toward Wellsville and the Wellsville Mountains. At 4,400 feet elevation, the town sits amid rolling agricultural land with dramatic mountain views. The historic Mendon Cemetery holds graves of Mormon pioneers who settled Cache Valley in the 1850s.
