Menan is a small farming town in southeastern Idaho, about 15 miles from Idaho Falls via US Highway 20. The area sits on the Snake River Plain with the dramatic Teton Range visible to the east. Most visitors arrive on US-20 or State Highway 33, which connect to larger cities like Rexburg and Idaho Falls. The town is known for the striking Menan Buttes, two volcanic cones that rise unexpectedly from the flat agricultural landscape.
