Meadow is a tiny farming town of 245 people in rural Utah, reached by taking Exit 167 off I-15 at Fillmore, then driving 15 miles southwest on State Route 133. The community sits in the Pahvant Valley between mountain ranges, surrounded by alfalfa fields and ranches. The town still operates a one-room schoolhouse for elementary students.
