McNair is a northern Virginia community in Fairfax County, perfectly positioned between the Capital Beltway and Dulles Airport via the Dulles Toll Road. Route 267 provides direct access east to Tysons Corner and west to the airport, while Route 28 connects north to Sterling and south to Centreville. Most residents commute east toward the Beltway, a quick 15-20 minute drive during off-peak hours. The community sits on rolling Piedmont terrain with a humid subtropical climate. McNair's unique characteristic is being one of the few places where you can hear Dulles-bound aircraft while enjoying distant views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
