McGraw is a small village in central New York's Cortland County, reached via State Route 41 from Interstate 81 near Cortland. The community of under 1,000 sits among rolling hills typical of the Finger Lakes region. Route 215 provides east-west access through rural county roads. McGraw hosts the annual Cortland County Music Festival each summer.
