McCrory is a farming town of 1,850 people in eastern Arkansas, about 60 miles northeast of Little Rock. Highway 17 runs through the center, connecting south to Searcy and north toward Augusta, while Highway 33 links east to Brinkley and west to Beebe. The restored 1920s Rialto Theater downtown still hosts community events with its original tin ceiling intact.
