Masontown is a small city in southwestern Pennsylvania, about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh along the Monongahela River. Take I-79 south to Exit 40, then Route 21 east for the most direct approach from Pittsburgh, or use US Route 40 through Uniontown for eastern access. The town of 3,200 sits in Appalachian foothills with rolling terrain and a continental climate. Its 1899 stone arch bridge over Ten Mile Creek remains a working piece of local history.
