Mashantucket is a tiny Connecticut community of 86 people, famous for Foxwoods Resort Casino and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. Take I-95 to Exit 92, then Route 2 west for 7 miles. The Mashantucket Pequot Museum features a full-scale replica 16th-century Pequot village with authentic wigwams and longhouses.
