Mascotte is a small Lake County city about 30 miles west of Orlando via State Road 50, sitting among central Florida's rolling hills and citrus groves. The main routes include SR-50 from Orlando (45 minutes), US-27 from Mount Dora, and connections from I-4 and the Turnpike through Clermont. The town preserves its railroad heritage with a restored 1920s train depot that now serves as a local history museum.
