Marysvale is a small mountain town in south-central Utah that sits along the Sevier River valley, surrounded by the Tushar Mountains. You'll reach it via State Route 89, about 200 miles south of Salt Lake City through Richfield, or from southern Utah's national parks region. The town serves as a base for outdoor activities in the surrounding Fishlake National Forest. Marysvale still operates Utah's last narrow-gauge railroad, offering scenic rides on vintage mining equipment.
