Markle is a small farming town in northeastern Indiana, about 25 miles north of Fort Wayne via State Road 3. The main route from Fort Wayne takes you north through Huntertown on SR-3, while longer trips often connect through I-69 and Fort Wayne from Indianapolis or other major cities. US Route 224 provides east-west access from Huntington and Ohio communities. The town hosts an annual Markle Fun Days festival each summer along Morse Street downtown.
