Marion is Cedar Rapids' largest suburb, located just five miles north via Interstate 380. The city sits on rolling Iowa prairie with easy highway access from I-80 and US 151. Most traffic flows along 7th Avenue and 10th Street, connecting neighborhoods to shopping areas. Marion's restored 1883 railroad depot at Squaw Creek Park houses the local history museum.
