Manor is a small Pennsylvania borough about 20 miles east of Pittsburgh, home to 3,500 residents in Westmoreland County's rolling hills. Take US Route 30 east from Pittsburgh, then PA Route 981 south to reach town. The Pennsylvania Turnpike's Irwin interchange provides highway access. Named for the colonial Manor of Moreland land grant.
