Malinta is a small farming village in northwestern Ohio's Henry County, about 35 miles southeast of Toledo via US Route 24 and State Route 15. The town sits along State Route 18, which connects it to Defiance and other regional centers. Most visitors are passing through on rural highways or accessing the Wabash Cannonball Trail, a 63-mile rail-to-trail that runs directly through the village along the former Pennsylvania Railroad route.
