Magnolia is a tiny Kent County community of 274 people in central Delaware, seven miles north of Dover via US Route 13. State Route 14 provides east-west access to Milford and the Delaware Bay. The town sits on flat coastal plain terrain with hot, humid summers and mild winters. Dover Air Force Base and Civil Air Terminal are just minutes away, giving this small agricultural area unusually convenient access to both military aviation and commercial flights.
