Lytle is a small Texas city about 20 miles southwest of San Antonio, home to around 2,500 people in Atascosa County's rolling countryside. Take I-35 south from San Antonio to Somerset Road, then FM 2790 west for eight miles to reach downtown. Highway 16 runs north-south through town, connecting to Poteet and San Antonio, while Highway 173 provides access from the west. The town's restored 1920s cotton gin now serves as a community center.
